How does crew support apprenticeships?

CREW at Dallas College provides technical assistance to regional collaboratives to design or scale apprenticeships that meet state quality guidelines.

Blueprint Development

Local partnerships will be supported to develop an apprenticeship blueprint that prioritizes one talent pipeline to become educators in the local community's most pressing area of need.

Learning Sessions

Workshops with workforce boards, schools, and IHEs to foster shared understanding and to navigate implementation considerations.

Dedicated Coach

Each collaborative will have a coach to provide thought partnership and to support them through the process.

Implementation Toolkit

Offering resources on funding, competencies, and federal registration for U.S. Department of Labor apprenticeships.

Policy Alignment

Working with the Tri-Agency on policy updates, including progressive educational aide certifications, to support scalable apprenticeship pathways.
